Can I install this myself?

No — it must be installed by a qualified, competent professional. The heater needs a dedicated, RCD-protected electrical circuit, a properly rated and tested earth connection, a wall capable of supporting at least four times the unit’s full water weight, and correctly fitted safety/non-return valves. Floor-mounted installation is not permitted — it’s a wall-hung unit only.

Is the heating power adjustable?

What does Smart mode actually do?

What happens in a power cut?

What do the E2–E5 error codes mean?

E2 indicates the tank has been energised without being filled with water (dry-firing); E3 and E5 flag a fault on temperature sensor 1 or sensor 2 respectively; E4 means the water temperature has exceeded 90°C.
